DETAILS:

Stacey ALLEN is a convicted sex offender with ties to Sierra Blanca, Lubbock, and Houston, Texas. In 1995, ALLEN was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child after an incident involving a 14-year-old girl and subsequently sentenced to four years of confinement. In 2006, ALLEN was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and sentenced to two years of confinement. On August 16, 2022, the Texas DPS Criminal Investigations Division in El Paso issued warrants for ALLEN's arrest for two counts of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
