Pedro GARZA, Jr., a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on May 1, 2025, in Runge, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents from Victoria located and arrested GARZA.In 2003, GARZA was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with an 8-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 7 years’ probation. In 2004, GARZA was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement.GARZA had been wanted since December 2024, after a warrant was issued for his arrest out of Nueces County for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.GARZA’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
