Rudolfo Trevino MELCHOR is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He is affiliated with the Tango Houstone gang and has ties to Harris County, including the city of Houston, Texas. In 1994, MELCHOR was convicted of Burglary of a Vehicle and subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement. In 1997, MELCHOR was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 14-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement. Also, in 1997, MELCHOR was convicted of Assault Causes Bodily Injury and subsequently sentenced to 1 year confinement. In 2004, MELCHOR was convicted of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon and Possession of Marijuana and subsequently sentenced to 7 years confinement for both offenses. In 2013, MELCHOR was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance and subsequently sentenced to 20 years confinement. On September 23, 2023, a Parole Violation warrant (Original Offenses: Sexual Assault of a Child, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Burglary of a Vehicle) was issued by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for MELCHOR's arrest.
