Louis Phillip REYES has ties to Williamson and Travis Counties, including the cities of Austin, Texas and Georgetown, Texas. REYES is a documented STRAG gang member. In 2012, REYES was convicted of Obstruct/Retaliation and subsequently sentenced to 4 years confinement. In 2019, REYES was convicted of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and Theft of a Firearm and subsequently sentenced to 2 years confinement and 1 year confinement, respectively. In 2023, REYES was convicted of Assault Causing Bodily Injury and subsequently sentenced to 1 year confinement. On March 12, 2024, a warrant was issued out of Williamson County for his arrest for Bond Forfeiture – Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon.
