Description:
Victim was found decapitated in a remote area of Galveston Island State Park. She was wearing a size 36-B Gigi bra, size 32 white cotton brief style panties and a full slip.Decedent’s underarms were not shaved and she had a small pox vaccination scar on her upper left arm.
