Decedent was found in Tranquility Park in Houston, TX he is believed to have been transient. Decedent has curly/wavy black hair with some white/gray, full mustache and beard of black and white; he had a red beaded rosary necklace. Decedent was clothed in a white "Athletic Works" brand hooded sweatshirt -size XXL, Black "Goodfellow & Co" brand underwear size L; black "FILA" brand athletic pants with green stripe running down outer leg, and Army green and gray socks.
