Description:
The remains of a female child were found near the 7800 block of I-45 wrapped in garbage bags inside a suitcase. She was wearing a size 4T "Mon Petit" dress with embroidered butterflies and the words "Follow Your Dreams". The child had a feeding tube and likely had a condition called micrognathia, which would have affected her ability to eat on her own. Pollen analysis suggest the child was from the southwest U.S. (likely Arizona) or the adjacent region in Mexico. She was Caucasian or Hispanic.
