Description:
The decedent was wearing a blue-green short sleeved T-shirt with a picture of the cartoon character Smurfette and the following words, "HE SMURFS ME HE SMURFS ME NOT" on the front, tan cargo pants (size 5), a black bra (size 34C), and pink thong underwear. The decedent is small in skeletal build. Her hair is shoulder length, dark brown, wavy to curly, and has a standard bobby pin holding it back on one side. The estimated interval between death and discovery is 3-6 weeks.
