Description:
Victim had short brown hair, a dark brown goatee and mustache. He has a 3/4 inch by 1/2 inch scar over his left deltoid. The victim's remains were found in the Trinity River at 300 North Franklin Street, Fort Worth, Texas.
The victim was wearing a maroon sweatshirt, a blue short sleeve "Favorites" brand shirt, blue denim "Congo Trader" brand pants, and size 8 1/2 white Reebok shoes.
