Description:
The victim had a midline 12 inch laparotomy-type surgical scar, 2 inch long black hair, and a sparse mustache and beard. His teeth were in natural good condition. The victim was walking along I-10 North frontage road at MM 708 in Colorado County. He had a business card of Minh Sun, a Chinese and American restaurant at address 5299 New Jesup Highway, Brunswich, GA 31523.
