Description:
The victim was wearing a blue T-shirt inscribed with "Galveston, Texas" with dark blue trim, make/size "Sherry XL-46", dark blue gray shorts (cut-offs) with multiple mends of various color thread.
Upper and lower midline abdominal scars and two horizontal half inch scars on the side of her left wrist. The victim was attempting to cross Shiloh Road near LBJ Freeway when she was struck by a motor vehicle.
