Description:
The victim was wearing a blue T-shirt with "Spalding Basketball" in yellow, plaid boxers and white ankle sport socks. Blue sweat pants were found lying next to the victim.
The victim has a thin mustache. He was located in a desert area approximately 330 feet west of Interstate 10 in El Paso.
