Description:
Unidentified Hispanic male found with black/gray moustache and beard. He had poor dental health and multiple tattoos: an eagle on the back of his right upper arm; a human figure wearing a hat on the front of his right forearm; an unidentified tattoo on the back of his right hand; an image of Jesus Christ on the back of his left upper arm; and a woman figure on the front of his left forearm. He was wearing a brown zip-up jacket, a white long-sleeved thermal shirt, black denim pants, a brown belt with a white metal buckle, gray sweatpants, black brief underwear, and black socks.
