Description:
Decedent was found on a train platform at 6103 Fanning Street in Houston, Texas. He had a black and grey moustache and beard; teeth were in poor condition. Decedent went by the name of "Leroy Walls" and may have been homeless at the time of his death. Decedent was possibly born in Louisana by midwives and came to the Houston area approximately 20 years ago. The Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences Office is unable to confirm any of this information including his name.
