Description:
The decedent was found in a homeless area near 300 Chartres in Houston, TX. The decedent had graying hair, a white/grey beard, and mustache. He had a remote amputation of his left thumb. The decedent was wearing a blue "Fruit of the Loom" T- shirt size 42-44, "Wrangler" blue jeans size 38x32, blue "Reebok" athletic shoes, and a brown leather belt.
