Description:
The victim was wearing shoe laces tied around his waist. He was also wearing brown socks, and a black combat boot without laces on his left foot. A shirt, eating utensils, and a cell phone were also found near the body.
The victim had reddish brown hair and beard. He had several tattoos including a crude tattoo of the "zig zag" man on the right forearm, the initial "G" on the upper right arm, and the initial "S" with a dot underneath it on the upper left arm. The decedent had cirrhosis of the liver and was found in a canal in El Paso, Texas.
