Description:
The decedent was found at the Jimmy Clay Golf Course. He was wearing a white polo shirt, "Wrangler" brand carpenter pants size 32X32, a double sided belt that was brown on one side and black on the other, "Haynes" underwear, blue socks, and blue athletic shoes with blue velcro straps size 11. A magazine package with a spanish language label, a bic lighter, and a black coin purse with several coins were found with the decedent.
