Blue denim pants, a brown belt with a white metal buckle, and blue and white striped boxer underwear.
The victim is a small-framed Hispanic male with coarse grey and brown peppered hair. He is edentulous. He has several single color tattoos on his chest, shoulders, and left thigh. He was selling newspapers for the Houston Chronicle on a median when he was struck by a vehicle. He had two white metal rings, a billfold, and assorted papers. His first name may have been Rafael.
