Description:
White or Hispanic male, found near the 4700 Block of Fellows and Stokes in Dallas, Texas in wooded area. Decedent was wearing a t-shirt with "Property of the United States" written over American flag, jeans, belt with buckle and briefs. He had a cleft lip/cleft palate, congenitally missing left central incisor, teeth are natural and in good condition.
