Description:
Blue and white checkered short sleeve western shirt; gray pants; black dress belt; white Jockey shorts; black socks; black loafers and a "Medana" brand gold colored watch.
Hispanic male had a moustache and beard stubble; mole on left cheek and left side of face; round 3/8" skin discoloration or a circular birth mark on the lower left thigh and toenail fungus.
Decedent was found lying in a ditch on the east side of CR48 approximately 192' of the American Rice Canal Bridge in Brazoria County, Texas.
