Description:
Wearing black rimmed glasses, dark blue long sleeved button down shirt, an undershirt, jockey type underpants, dark brown leather belt, and light brown plaid slacks.
Decedent had a light complexion, teeth in good condition, straight black hair approximately three inches in length, no tattoos or scars. He was covered with a green sleeping bag.
