Description:
Wearing several layers of clothing including an apron with the words "Mama's Café", and a baseball cap with the word "Church's" on it.
Decedent had a black beard and abundant black hair, found at 15300 Bellaire Blvd, Bellaire, TX at an unauthorized dumping site where several transients appeared to live.
