Description:
Victim was wearing green panties, a pink print short set, blue plastic slide-style sandals and yellow metal pierced hoops with clear stones.
Middle aged Hispanic or Asian female with scars on both eyelids consistent with eyelid plastic surgery. Scar on the right lower abdomen. Irregular scars on both upper arms. Dark green eyeliner tattooed on both eyes and pink lip liner tattooed on lips. Victim had natural fingernails that were painted dark red or burgundy. Pierced ears. Partial upper denture on teeth 7, 8, 9 and 10. Natural lower teeth in good condition. Long straight color treated auburn hair with gray roots.
