Description:
The victim was wearing a khaki long-sleeved shirt with a peace sign and USMC and L84MF11 insignias, dark blue corduroy pants size 32 x 30, multi-colored swim trunks, and brown cowboy boots with rubber soles and "Neolite" written on the heel. He also had a knotted leather thong around one ankle.
