Miscellaneous Notes: Mr. Morgan has scars on both legs, with steel in both legs, a large tattoo of an eagle on his back and a panther on his upper arm. He was last seen at the Gas Express on Highway 59 wearing a light beige T-shirt, black jeans and black tennis shoes. Mr. Morgan was driving a 1990 cream color Isuzu pick-up, which was later found in a wooded area in Marion County, just north of Marshall's The truck was locked and his 30-30 Winchester rifle was missing from the truck.
