Miscellaneous Notes: Mr. Minor has a "U" or "V" shaped scar on his forehead, wears a mustache and may have a .22 caliber bullet in his upper right thigh. He had a previous head injury that would at times cause him to become disoriented. Mr. Minor's white Toyota pickup was found locked and abandoned at the IH-35 mile marker 41 just north of Encinal, Texas on May 16, 2000.
