Circumstances: Mr. Page is autistic and has a difficult time communicating. He may stare at you and smile. He turns his eyes instead of his head when crossing the street. He has a quarter sized, oval-shaped, light tan birthmark (discoloration) on the left bottom side of his rib cage. He has a scar under his chin and in his pubic area from a testicle operation. He has tiny white acne scars on his back and a large brown mole on the inside of his upper right or left leg. Mr. Page disappeared from the Cascade Foster care home and could be anywhere in the United States. He likes to shoot basketballs, hit baseballs and swim. He collects baseball trading cards.
