Perci Jerome NEWMAN has ties to Dallas County, including the city of DeSoto, Texas. In 2013, NEWMAN was convicted of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance and subsequently sentenced to 2 years’ probation. On October 11, 2023, a warrant was issued out of Dallas County for his arrest for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child.
