Justin Ceprano ROJAS, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on February 28, 2024, in Arlington, Texas. Working off investigative information, DPS Special Agents and Troopers located and arrested ROJAS.In 2012, ROJAS was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 14-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 6 years’ probation. ROJAS had been wanted since June 2023, after a warrant was issued out of Ector County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.ROJAS’ arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
