Jay Cecil MEYER is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has known ties to Comal County, including the city of Spring Branch, Texas. In 2014, MEYER was convicted of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact following an incident with an 11-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 10 years of probation. On October 31, 2025, the Comal County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for MEYER’s arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
