Marvin Rayshun BOWDEN is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Walker County, including the city of Huntsville, Texas. In 2017, BOWDEN was convicted of two counts of Robbery and subsequently sentenced to 3 years confinement for each count. In 2018, BOWDEN was convicted of Indecency with a Child by Exposure following an incident with a 16-year-old female. He was subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement. BOWDEN was discharged from the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) in June 2022. On July 30, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Walker County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
