Oscar Antonio GUTIERREZ is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Cameron County, including the city of Brownsville, Texas. In 2021, GUTIERREZ was convicted of Attempted Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact following an incident with a 9-year-old girl. He was subsequently sentenced to 2 years confinement. In 2023, GUTIERREZ was convicted of Possession of Controlled Substance and subsequently sentenced to 1 year confinement. On June 25, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Cameron County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
