David SEGUNDO, Jr. is a convicted Sex Offender required to register annually. He has ties to Tarrant County and Dallas County, including the cities of Haltom City and Dallas, Texas. In 1999, SEGUNDO was convicted of Aggravated Sexual Assault following an incident with a 27-year-old woman. He was subsequently sentenced to 10 years confinement. In 2015, SEGUNDO was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and subsequently sentenced to 10 years confinement. He remains on parole through April 2026. In November 2024, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements with Previous Conviction). In February 2025, a warrant was issued by the Haltom City Police Department for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. Additionally, in February 2025, a warrant was also issued out of Dallas County for his arrest for Probation Violation (Original Offense: Aggravated Assault Causes Serious Bodily Injury).
