Charlie Ray ARCHULETA, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Sex Offender, was captured on September 10, 2025, in Odessa, Texas. Members of the U.S. Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, located and arrested ARCHULETA.In 2015, ARCHULETA was convicted of Evading Arrest/Detention and subsequently sentenced to 1 year confinement. Also in 2015, ARCHULETA was convicted of Online Solicitation of a Minor Under 14 and subsequently sentenced to 4 years confinement, to be served concurrently.ARCHULETA had been wanted since June 2025, after a warrant was issued out of Ector County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.ARCHULETA’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
