Nicholas Drew BURNS is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Harris County, including the city of Houston, Texas. In 2002, BURNS was convicted of Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with a 14-year-old boy. He was subsequently sentenced to 5 years confinement. In 2016, BURNS was convicted of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements with an Enhancement and subsequently sentenced to 3 years confinement. On May 23, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Harris County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
