Brandon DeWayne GILBERT, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on July 14, 2025, in North Zulch, located in Madison County. Working off investigative information, Brazos County Sheriff’s Office Deputies located and arrested GILBERT. GILBERT has been convicted in the past for Assault, Evading Arrest/Detention, and Possession of Controlled Substance. He has also been arrested for Robbery and Trafficking of Persons Under 18 for Prostitution/Forced Labor.GILBERT had been wanted since December 2024, when warrants were issued out of Brazos County for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Recklessly Causing Injury to a Child/Elderly/Disabled Individual. GILBERT’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
