Marvin Ernesto CASTANEDA is a criminal illegal immigrant from El Salvador with ties to Dallas County, including the city of Dallas, Texas. In October 1997, CASTANEDA was convicted in Dallas County of Tampering with a Government Record. Subsequently, CASTANEDA voluntarily returned to El Salvador. In June 2024, CASTANEDA was arrested by the Dallas Police Department for Sexual Assault of a Child and subsequently bonded out of jail. On July 10, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Dallas County for CASTANEDA’s arrest for Sexual Assault of a Child.
