Daniel OVIEDO VAZQUEZ is a criminal illegal immigrant from Mexico with ties to Hidalgo County, including the city of McAllen, Texas. Additionally, OVIEDO VAZQUEZ is a convicted sex offender. In February 2019, he was arrested by McAllen Police Department for Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact. Subsequently, OVIEDO VAZQUEZ was convicted of the charge in March 2022 and received 5 years’ probation. On June 17, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Hidalgo County for his arrest for Probation Violation (Original Offense: Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact).
