Jose Manuel CONTRERAS GARCIA is a criminal illegal immigrant from Mexico with ties to Liberty and Harris Counties, including the cities of Cleveland and Houston, Texas. In June 2014, CONTRERAS GARCIA was arrested by the Kenner Police Department in Louisiana on an outstanding warrant. In August 2017, CONTRERAS GARCIA was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) in Louisiana for Alien Inadmissibility. Subsequently, he was held in an ICE Detention Center in Louisiana and released approximately one month later.On May 6, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Harris County for CONTRERAS GARCIA's arrest for Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.
