CAPTURE DETAILS:

Alfred Lee WILLIAMS, Jr., a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Crips gang, was taken into custody on February 7, 2018, in Little Elm, Texas (Denton County). Working off investigative information, members of the U.S. Marshals Service Joint East Texas Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, located and apprehended WILLIAMS without incident at an apartment complex in Little Elm. The Texas Rangers and Denton County Sheriff’s Office provided assistance.WILLIAMS, a violent offender, has a history of assault, burglary, and drug charges. In 2015, WILLIAMS was convicted of Assault after an incident in Ector County. He subsequently was sentenced to five years in TDCJ prison. He was released on parole from TDCJ in early 2017. WILLIAMS then resided in the Midland/Odessa area for a period of time before violating his parole. He had been wanted by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Assault) since August 1, 2017. The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
