Victor HERNANDEZ, affiliated with the Surenos 13 gang, was arrested on August 19, 2022 by the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office following a traffic stop. In 2012, HERNANDEZ was convicted of Injury to a Child – Bodily Injury and sentenced to three years in TDCJ. In 2018, he was found guilty of Domestic Abuse in Louisiana. Later that same year, he was arrested in Texas for Assault Causes Bodily Injury. On April 12, 2021, the Harris County Sheriff’s Office issued a warrant for HERNANDEZ's arrest for Assault Causes Bodily Injury – Failure to Appear. A month later, on May 26, 2021, the Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office issued warrants for his arrest for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Assault Causes Bodily Injury. HERNANDEZ’s arrest was not from tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
