Kenneth Wayne PATTERSON is a convicted sex offender required to register every three months. He has ties to Dallas County, including the city of Dallas, Texas. In 1989, PATTERSON was convicted in Dallas County of Sexual Assault of a Child following an incident with an 8-year-old girl. Subsequently, he was sentenced to 8 years confinement. PATTERSON has a history of Failing to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. On December 12, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Dallas County for his arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
