Vel-Quiz Tyreese-Lavaille HARLIN is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Dallas County, including the cities of Grand Prairie and Dallas, Texas. In 2009, HARLIN was arrested in Minnesota for Criminal Sexual Conduct 1st Degree (Penetration) and Criminal Sexual Conduct 3rd Degree following an incident with a 14-year-old child. He was subsequently sentenced to 10 years of probation. In 2017 and 2018, HARLIN was arrested multiple times for Threats of Violence. In October 2023, HARLIN was convicted in Denton County of Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements and subsequently received 3 years of probation. On October 30, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Denton County for HARLIN’s arrest for a Probation Violation (Original Offense: Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements). HARLIN is also wanted out Minnesota for Failure to Register as a Sex Offender and for Dangerous Drugs.
