Eduardo Quinones FUENTES is a convicted sex offender and documented Tango Valluco gang member. He has ties to Hidalgo County, including the city of Edinburg, Texas. In 2016, FUENTES was convicted of Assault and sentenced to 2 years of confinement in TDCJ prison. The following year, he was convicted of Smuggling Aliens and served time in federal custody. In 2021, FUENTES was convicted of Sexual Assault following an incident with a 29-year-old female and subsequently received 10 years of probation. In 2023, he was convicted of Aggravated Assault w/Deadly Weapon (x2) and Unlawful Poss. of a Firearm by a Felon. He was subsequently sentenced to 3 years confinement in TDCJ prison. FUENTES was also charged federally with a probation violation and sentenced to 16 months confinement to run concurrent with the state case. On October 12, 2025, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for a Parole Violation (Original Offenses: Electronic Monitoring, Poss. of Firearm by Felon, Agg. Assault w/ Deadly Weapon (x2)). On October 16, 2025, Texas DPS issued an additional warrant for his arrest for Obstruction. Additionally, on November 5, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Hidalgo County for FUENTES’ arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements.
