Christopher Domingo CARRILLO is a convicted sex offender required to register annually. He has ties to Potter and Deaf Smith Counties, including the cities of Amarillo and Hereford, Texas. In July 2018, following an incident with a 13-year-old child in Deaf Smith County, CARRILLO was convicted of Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact and Indecency with a Child by Exposure. He subsequently received 5 years’ probation for the offenses. On November 17, 2025, a warrant was issued out of Potter County for CARRILLO's arrest for Failure to Comply with Sex Offender Registration Requirements. On December 1, 2025, additional warrants for his arrest were issued out of Deaf Smith County for Indecency with a Child Sexual Contact (2 Counts) and Sexual Assault of a Child (5 Counts).
