Scott Allen VINEYARD, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive affiliated with the Aryan Circle gang, was captured on March 6, 2020, following a traffic stop near Ferris, Texas (Ellis County). DPS Special Agents and Highway Patrol Troopers, along with the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office, Ennis Police Department, and Garrett Police Department were all involved in the arrest of VINEYARD.VINEYARD has an extensive criminal history, including convictions for robbery, burglary, forgery, and drug offenses.VINEYARD had been wanted since February 2019 for Robbery by the DeSoto Police Department. In addition, VINEYARD was also wanted by the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles for Parole Violation and by the Denton County Sheriff’s Office for two counts of Robbery.The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
