CAPTURE DETAILS:

Clifford MILTON, a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was captured on March 29, 2019, in Texas City, Texas.Working off tip information, members of the U.S. Marshals Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force, including DPS Special Agents, apprehended MILTON without incident following a traffic stop.MILTON has a violent criminal history consisting of arrests for assault and Weapons offenses. MILTON had been wanted since November 20, 2018, after warrants were issued for his arrest in Harris County for Trafficking of Child (2 Counts) and Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity. An additional warrant was later issued for Compelling Prostitution.The arrest was the result of tip information received through Crime Stoppers and a reward was paid.
