Clifford Nelson LOCKLIN, Jr., a Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive, was taken into custody on February 5, 2019, in Cedar Creek, Texas. Working off investigative information, LOCKLIN was apprehended by Bastrop County Sheriff's Office deputies at a location in western Bastrop County.LOCKLIN, affiliated with the Aryan Circle gang, has an extensive criminal history, including arrests for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, Burglary, Theft, Evading Arrest, and drug offenses. LOCKLIN had been wanted since September 2018 after a warrant was issued for his arrest out of Gillespie County for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. In October 2018, an additional arrest warrant was issued by the Austin Police Department for Theft. On November 2, 2018, the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles issued a warrant for his arrest for Parole Violation (Original Offense: Burglary of a Building).The arrest was not the result of tip information received through Texas Crime Stoppers, so no reward will be paid.
