Director, Manager, & Employee Registration

The department will now process employee registration applications from the conditionally approved applicants. Any employee registration application fees submitted by an applicant that is not conditionally approved for licensure will receive a refund of those fees.

When an application is received by the Department, an invoice will be prepared by Department personnel and provided to the applicant via the email address provided on the application. Included in this email will be instructions on how to submit payment and fingerprints.

Fingerprints will need to be submitted promptly following submission of the registration application, in accordance with the Fingerprinting Services instructions.

However, application payment must be submitted within 2 business days of receipt of the invoice.
