Description:
The victim was wearing a green army type long coat, a long sleeved green shirt, a long sleeved t-shirt, well worn brown gloves, blue jeans, one dark brown sock and one blue sock, and brown western style boots.
The victim had surgical stitches below his right eye, a scar on his left upper chest, a scar on his right lower leg, a scar on his left lower leg, and a scar on his left hip.
